Any company, institution or sole trader in Romania, the EU or Moldova. Consumers buy on birlis.com.

How do you check the VAT number?

Automatically, in VIES (the European Commission system), at registration. Valid number + seat in another member state = VAT-exempt invoice (intra-EU supply).

Which currency do I pay in?

The invoice is in RON; next to prices we show the equivalent in your currency at the daily ECB rate.

Is there a minimum order?

Romania: 30 RON. Rest of Europe: 39 €. Each product has a minimum order step.

How long does delivery take?

Romania 1-2 working days; EU 2-8 days depending on the country. The exact lead time is shown in the cart.
